**Pay Rate: $7.50 Hourly Rate | Part Time | Shift Details: 4:00PM-12:30AM Thursday, Friday & Saturday (OFF Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will assist the bartender/cocktail servers in providing satisfactory beverage service by maintaining supplies of garnish, glassware, ice, and liquor at assigned workstation. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will check with and assist Bartender in maintaining supplies i.e. straws, stir sticks, napkins, and matches for workstation.
2. You will rotate stock, wash and stock glassware, maintain stock of fruit fill and replace.
3. Fill ice bins, empty garbage, replace trash liners, wipe and pick up surfaces as time allows, check kegs, replace dirty bar mats, sweep floors, clean screens in glass washer, wipe down bottles, clean spouts, clean beer drains, gun drains, counter drains and ice bins.
