**A little about your day to day**

Assist servers and bartenders in cultivating memorable food & beverage for our guests.

**Every day is different but mostly you'll be**

Assist restaurant servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests; maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment; stock all wares and equipment needed for service in accordance with hotel standards and established InterContinental policies and procedures.

Assist Bartenders and Cocktail Servers; stock bars with designated supplies, ensuring no shortages for guest service; and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, in accordance with hotel standards and established InterContinental policies and procedures.

**What we need from you**

+ A minimum of one year experience in the same or similar role in an upscale or fine dining establishment.
