Barista (2 Years Contract)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Cafe Operations Associate to manage café operations, process sales, maintain inventory, and deliver excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately process all café sales and cashless transactions (credit card & e-wallet) through the POS system.
• Close out café sales promptly after business hours, verify and correct any discrepancies.
• Adhere to SOP for food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring daily housekeeping checks.
• Coordinate with vendors to receive, reconcile, and sign off food deliveries.
• Set up café and coffee station at the start and end of each day.
• Prepare hot & cold brewed coffee, light food, fruits for sale.
• Manage stock, apply FIFO, conduct stock counts, reorder snacks, drinks, fruits, and foods as needed.
• Assist with event ordering and timely food delivery.
• Maintain equipment, cutlery, and office supplies.
