Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

To manage café operations as per the SOP, processes & sales transactions through system (POS). The scope involves food & beverage preparation & arrangement, purchasing, dining set‑up, selling and providing other admin supports when required. Providing excellent customer service by putting our Customers First always.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of all café sales and cashless transactions (credit card & e‑wallet) through the POS system.
• Ensure accurate system closing of café sales transactions after business hours. Check for accuracy & rectify the transactions posted to ensure no discrepancy.
• Adhere to organization SOP to ensure food hygiene, safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure housekeeping checks are done daily.
• Ensure accuracy in receiving & coordination with vendors on daily food.
