We are seeking a skilled and personable Barista to lead Front of House duties at GLAZE by Gunelle B., a boutique artisanal patisserie. You will prepare high-quality coffee, welcome guests warmly, and maintain a polished café environment in a premium retail setting.

Responsibilities

Barista Craft

• Prepare and serve high-quality café beverages consistently to meet customer expectations
• Dial in espresso machines and perform daily coffee quality control to ensure beverage standards
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal operation and hygiene

Front of House & Guest Experience

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally to create a positive first impression
• Manage customer flow to maintain a calm and efficient service environment
