Job Summary

The Barista & Assistant Roaster is responsible for delivering high-quality coffee beverages and supporting daily coffee roasting operations. This role combines front-of-house customer service with back-of-house production, ensuring consistency in coffee quality from roasting to cup. The position requires strong attention to detail, passion for coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages according to company recipes and standards.
