 Pay Rate:  £12.21 – £14.00 per hour 
Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting experienced Baristas for a variety of temporary hospitality assignments across Birmingham. 
If you’re confident behind the coffee machine, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are looking for flexible temp work, we’d love to hear from you. 
The Role:  
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages 
Delivering excellent customer service 
Operating espresso machines and grinders confidently 
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace 
Working in busy cafés, events, corporate settings, and hospitality venues 
What We’re Looking For:  
Previous barista experience is essential 
Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
