Barista Cashier

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standards
• Operate coffee machines and POS systems properly
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and dining space
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines
• Support daily operations and perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With or without Barista experience (training provided)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
