Job Description: Duties & Responsibilities



Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations, process payments, and build rapport with regulars.

Beverage Preparation: Craft espresso, coffee, tea, and other drinks following recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.

Operational Tasks: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems; clean and sanitize equipment and workspace; restock supplies.

Food Service: Prepare and serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods.

Knowledge: Stay updated on coffee trends, ingredients, and brewing methods; educate customers.

Health & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.



Qualifications & Skills



Education: High school diploma or equivalent.



Skills:

Excellent customer service and communication.
