Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including workstations and customer areas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling inquiries.
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other inventory items.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the café is ready for service.
Uphold health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
