Key Responsibilities:
Coffee Preparation : Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffees, and teas to high standards.
Customer Service : Provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers. Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
Cash Handling : Operate cash register and process payments accurately, ensuring correct change is given and balancing cash drawers.
Cleaning and Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area. Ensure coffee machines, grinders, and other tools are cleaned and properly maintained.
Stocking and Inventory : Ensure adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Assist with inventory management and ordering when necessary.
