Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide information about menu highlights and special promotions.
• Assist guests with ordering and payment processes.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food items to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and dining areas, including emptying trash and sanitizing equipment.
• Track inventory and restock display cases and back-of-house storage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and quality control standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage preparation.
• Knowledge and experience with specialty coffee are advantageous.
• Genuine passion for coffee
• Strong listening and communication skills.
