Barista

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages
Provide warm, attentive customer service to students and guests
Handle cash or POS systems accurately and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café and service areas
Assist with stocking, inventory, and simple food preparation
Create a calm, friendly environment that encourages social connection
Build positive relationships with students and anticipate their preferences
Skills and Competencies
Experience as a Barista or in a café/food-service setting
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Ability to work in a calm, organised manner
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate
Must have 3-5 years experinace in similar role
