Job Descriptions

• Prepare and serve traditional kopitiam beverages (e.g. kopi, teh, cham, ice beverages) according to standard recipes
• Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and correctly
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments (POS system)
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workstations at all times
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations strictly
• Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and proper storage of ingredients
• Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
• Support daily opening and closing duties
• Work closely with kitchen and service crew to ensure smooth operation

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience as a barista or F&B crew is an advantage (training can be provided)
