Own the bar - maintain consistency, quality, and the Melbrew standard across every service.
Mentor and inspire junior baristas , sharing your knowledge of brewing techniques, equipment, and cafe etiquette.
Bring creative energy to seasonal menus, new recipes, and limited-time offerings.
Keep the bar running smoothly - manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards like a pro.
Collaborate with the cafe team and management to make every shift seamless and every guest happy.
