Cafe Barista Post - to work for Somewhere Cafe, Elsewhere Cafe's second branch.

• Must be residing near our site at Piy Margal/Don Quijote Sampaloc Manila (near UST Hospital).
• Should love coffee, or brewing. Huge plus if you're a home brewer
• Very good to have: at least 1 year experience as a Café or Home Barista, and have the know-how to operate, calibrate, clean cafe equipment (espresso machine, grinder/other methods).
• Huge plus if he/she knows how to do latte art (even just basic), knows his/her way about coffee culture, and can quickly catch on trends.
• Willing to be trained and continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Flexible enough to handle pressure and work around peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a team player, quick learner, with pleasing personality, good communication, and great customer relation skills.
