Barista

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Barista contribute to the success of Dean and Deluca by engaging customers on a daily basis.
• They provide prompt service, quality beverages, products and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
• They prepare beverages for customers that comply with company standards.
• Barista are the models to our Happy Everyday platform.
• Barista should maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• They should allow store operating policies and standards, cash handling and store security.
• Must be able to comply to SOP's, duties and responsibilities, side works etc.
• Ensures monthly inventory is accomplished.
• Must ensure all stocks are complete and properly coordinated with the manager on duty.
• Must do assigned task by the Manager.
