Barista

Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to café standards
Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
Educate customers about menu offerings and make product recommendations
Operate POS system and handle cash or digital transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
Assist in inventory checks, restocking, and daily store upkeep
Support café promotions and events as needed
Qualifications:
With or without barista experience (training will be provided)
Passionate about coffee, customer service, and lifestyle brands
Energetic, friendly, and has a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Team player and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
