Job Description

                    Barista – Santa Margarita, Zapopan  Age: 18–45 years. 
Education: High school completed. 
Experience: 1 year desired. 
Hours: Monday–Sunday 7 am–3 pm (8‑hour shift) with one day off per week. 
Compensation: $10,000–$12,000 MXN per month, paid monthly. 
Benefits: Commission and tips, statutory benefits. 
Location: In‑person, Santa Margarita, Zapopan. 
 Barista – Guadalajara (Breakfast Restaurant)  Monthly base: $7,210 MXN. 
Bonuses: $400 for attendance, $200 in monthly vouchers, Sunday premium. 
Weekly pay. 
Benefits: Savings fund, life insurance, near‑store location, legal benefits, up to two paid rest days, daily breakfast and coffee, excellent working environment. 
Requirements: 6 months minimum experience, adult, excellent hygiene, punctual, stable employment.
