Job Description
- Beverage Preparation:
Grinding beans, brewing coffee, crafting specialty drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino) following recipes, and ensuring quality presentation.
- Customer Service:
Greeting customers, explaining menus, taking orders, processing payments, building rapport with regulars, and resolving issues.
- Sales & Education:
Educating customers on coffee types, blends, and equipment; promoting new items; and selling related merchandise.
- Operational Duties:
Cleaning equipment (espresso machines), restocking supplies, managing inventory, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, and adhering to health/safety.
- Teamwork:
Contributing to a positive environment and potentially training new staff.
