Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea, steaming milk, creating espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos), and preparing specialty drinks.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, making recommendations, and processing payments (cash/card).
• Operations: Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment; cleaning and sanitizing work areas and utensils; restocking supplies.
• Food Service: Preparing and serving food items like pastries, sandwiches, or baked goods.
• Atmosphere: Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
