DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Provide customers with product details such as coffee blends or preparations.
• Suggest or recommend particular drinks to customers.
• Monitor coffee quality and take responsibility for the coffee machine, brew log and standards.
• Communicated with colleagues on all aspects of coffee in order to produce the highest quality espresso based beverage.
• Completes opening and closing checklists on a daily basis.
• Ensure that the cafe equipment is properly maintained.
• Monitors the temperature of freezers to guarantee the quality of frozen products.
• In charge of baking ISB and preparing HFOTM products.
• Order, received stocks supplies or other retail products.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
