Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage items according to Luckin Coffee standards.
• Operate coffee machines, brewing equipment, and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area.
• Manage order accuracy and speed, ensuring minimal wait time for customers.
