Job Description
- Promotes company product by educating customers; preparing and serving a variety of drinks.
- Welcomes customers by determining their interests and needs.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the drink menu; answering questions.
- Prepares and sells drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for the specific drinks, such as, milk tea, fruit tea, fresh tea, cream and latte, juice, chocolate, slush and coffee.
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing supply; stocking; maintaining supplies.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; addressing the preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
