Barista/Cashier

The Jr. Barista / Cashier provides essential day-to-day support to the front-of-house and coffee bar operations of the company. The role is responsible for delivering warm guest hospitality, executing beverage orders according to company standards, and managing financial transactions via the POS system. This position ensures a seamless guest experience by maintaining a clean environment, supporting order fulfillment, and proactively upselling specialty products while collaborating with the team during high-volume shifts.

• Greets customers warmly and provides expert recommendations on signature pastries and drinks.

• Provides guests with comprehensive information regarding menu items and ingredients to facilitate optimal selection..

• Prepares and serves a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and juices.
