CASHIER I BARISTA

• Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations, resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and serve customers with quality drinks and service

• Promote new drinks, pastries and other existing promo/s

Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS system. Provide receipts for every transaction.

Cash Handling:

• Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit, and digital transactions, and provide correct change.

• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy of transactions

• Handle coupons, discounts, and other special offers.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and company events
