Barista/Cashier

Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service. He/She ensures consistency, efficiency, and cleanliness in daily coffee shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages according to standards
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment
• Take orders accurately and process payments via POS
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle basic customer concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Assist in inventory monitoring and restocking
• Support opening and closing store procedures
• Work efficiently during peak hours
