Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Restock ingredients, coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately at the register.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure food and beverage quality.
• Memorize and recommend menu items, seasonal specials, and upsell products.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages to management.
