• Greet guests warmly and anticipate needs in line with refined service standards
• Provide prompt and accurate drinks service to restaurant and pool areas
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the beverage menu and wine list, offering informed recommendations
• Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and escalate concerns when required
• Accommodate reasonable non-menu requests where possible
