Core Criteria:

• Formal hospitality training OR a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury establishment essential


• Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and cocktail preparation


• Excellent food and beverage service skills with a high attention to detail


• Well-presented, professional, and warm in manner
