Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage and bar experiences that reflect Fairmont luxury brand standards. This role combines technical mastery, operational excellence, and superior guest engagement to create memorable experiences. The role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty drinks, consistently meeting brand and LQA standards. 
• Deliver a professional, engaging, and personalized guest experience that reflects luxury service standards. 
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage and bar menu items, promotions, and garnishes to answer guest inquiries, recommend drinks, and confidently recite daily specials.
