Bartender

Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages, delivering excellent services, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Prepare and serve premium alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, and
  other beverages with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Take orders accurately, offering recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients, monitoring expiry dates and proper storage.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
• Attends scheduled training and participates in company-initiated employee activities.
