Role Overview: As an Outpost Bartender, you are the face of the party. Your job is to serve great drinks while acting as a Social Connector. You aren't just behind the bar; you are at the center of the guest experience, ensuring no one drinks alone and everyone feels included in the Outpost family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Connection: Proactively introduce guests to each other. Hey (Guest A), meet (Guest B), they're also headed to the islands tomorrow
• High-Energy Service: Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate drink service even during peak rushes, maintaining a positive and fun attitude.
• Atmosphere Support: Assist in running hostel games and social activities. Be the hype person for the night's events.
• Consistency: Prepare signature cocktails and standard drinks to the Outpost recipe and presentation standards every time.
