Bartender evening/ late shifts

We are looking for an experienced Bartender who will work well as part of our team in The Brehon Bar!

Responsibilities

• Serving our guests to the high standards expected
• Serve food to customers in The Brehon Bar
• To have a clear understanding of the menu
• To ensure guests needs and expectations are met
• To communicate and co-operate with the kitchen team to assist in the smooth running of service
• To be knowledgeable about the local area and facilities within the Hotel
• Mix & serve alcoholic beverages including cocktails.
• Handle customer payment transactions
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Must be able to prioritise and manage the time accordingly to the workload.
