Role Overview: As an Outpost Bartender, you are the face of the party. Your job is to serve great drinks while acting as a Social Connector. You aren't just behind the bar; you are at the center of the guest experience, ensuring no one drinks alone and everyone feels included in the Outpost family.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Engineering & Guest Experience

· The Social Connector: Proactively introduce guests to one another (e.g., Hey Sarah, meet Tom—you're both headed to the islands tomorrow ).

· Event Hosting: Act as the hype person for the night. Lead and host hostel games and social activities to drive high-energy participation.

· Promotional Outreach: Actively hand out flyers and engage in street/local promotion to bring new energy and guests into the bar.

· Above & Beyond Service: Support the overall guest journey, including assisting guests with their bags upon arrival or departure.
