Job Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. The position ensures compliance with service standards, sanitation and safety policies, and responsible alcohol service while contributing to guest satisfaction and smooth bar operations.

A. Bar Operations and Beverage Service

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and portion controls.
• Present beverage menus and provide recommendations to guests.
