Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. This role requires creativity in crafting cocktails, accuracy in following recipes, and the ability to represent the unique identity of both Japonesa and Alamat. The Bartender will also maintain cleanliness, manage bar inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
