Bartender

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Bartender to join our dynamic team at Excello Restaurant Management Group in Metro Manila. As our Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintained, including inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping the bar area clean and organised
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
• Collaborate with the broader restaurant team to support the efficient and smooth operation of the establishment
