Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for the set up and maintenance of Bar Area. Responsibilities involves Bar set up and operations, beverage preparation, stock inventory and control, guest assistance, security, safety and sanitation.

• Coordinates, facilitates requisition and replenishment and takes appropriate actions to ensure availability of bar utensils, stock items and supplies necessary to efficiently deliver bar related products and services
• Mixes, prepares and tests drinks for serving to address guest orders for beverages from prospective outlet
• Monitors and takes appropriate action on incoming guest order for beverages. All Beverages must be prepared within 5minutes.
• Prepares timely requisition and coordinates to facilitate replenishment and ensures availability of stock items, glass wares and equipment for the bar
• Performs other duties and functions which may be assigned by the immediate superiors

QUALIFICATIONS
