Job Summary

As a Bartender you must be able to mix and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages based on customer's request and following the Menu recipes. He is expected to decorate drinks and must be well presented when served to the customers. The Bartender's duties include verifying and identification of the customers' ages. The Bartender's responsibility is to clean glasses and bar utensils. He must be able to do Bar stock counts opening and closing stocks on daily basis. Observing and following the Health and Safety Rules, the Bartender is expected to keep the Bar area clean and neat at all times.
