JOB PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity exists for a world class Bartender/Mixologist/Whiskey Specialist to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys”. In line with Company guidelines, the Bartender, Mixologist and Whiskey Specialist provides an excellent guest beverage experience while maintaining revenue generation and cost control.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Attends our Guest's needs by providing a premium, courteous, friendly, and efficient service at all times;

• Continuously strives to create unique beverage creations;

• Leads Bar Servers in their assigned venue;

• Ensures compliance with all beverage related service standards, inventory management and public health compliance.
