**PURPOSE / SCOPE**



The BCO Site Manager is responsible for overall supervision and performance of Base Communications Office operations, including, but not limited to Base Telecommunications Distribution System, including switch operations, switchboard operations, inside plant telephone switch maintenance, inside plant station equipment, customer premise cabling, outside plant fiber optic / copper cables, and other equipment in support of the telephone switching system, as well as all other systems supported by Base Communications infrastructures.
