Base Communications Officer (BOC) Site Manager

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering, technical, and professional services serving the US government, allies and critical infrastructure sectors, is seeking a Base Communications Officer (BCO) Site Manager to support a government contract based on the island of Diego Garcia.

PURPOSE / SCOPE

The BCO Site Manager is responsible for supervision and performance of Base Communications Office operations, including, but not limited to operation, maintenance and repair of IT infrastructure, voice / data networks, cybersecurity, radio systems and other equipment / functions as designated, ensuring successful operation and execution. This responsibility includes operations, maintenance and repair of switch operations, switchboard, inside/outside plant, and cabling systems supporting telephone services. BCO Site Manager will perform duties to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
