In this position, you will deliver high-quality coaching up to 15 hours a week, focusing on developing young athletes across all skill levels. Responsibilities include designing training programs, giving feedback, and collaborating with staff to assure a successful basketball program. Strong organizational skills will be crucial for managing training schedules and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching to youth players of all ages
• Plan and implement skill development training
• Offer personalized insights for athlete improvement
• Support recruitment efforts for the basketball team
• Keep detailed progress and attendance records
Requirements:
• Experience as a basketball coach in youth programs
