Basketball Official (Referee / Scorekeeper / Timer) Job Type: Part-Time / On-Call Job Location: Ramstein Air Base Gymnasiums and Sports Facilities – Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Germany Requirements The candidate shall have in minimum: A current basketball officiating certification from a recognized governing body such as NCAA or NFHS.

Proven experience refereeing organized or intramural basketball games.

Strong knowledge of NCAA Basketball Rules (latest edition).

Ability to make quick, fair, and consistent decisions during games.

Proficiency in English and effective verbal communication.

Duties The candidate must: Officiate basketball games in compliance with NCAA rules and Air Force Sports Program policies.

Maintain authority on court and ensure proper conduct of players and coaches.

Operate or oversee scorekeeping and timing systems as required.
