Batch Monitoring Analyst, Global Operations Command Center (GOCC)

We’re looking for a **Batch Monitoring Analyst** to join our Global Operations Command Center team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a foundational role in monitoring and supporting batch operations, pipelines, and other data systems, helping ensure the timely execution of critical jobs, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining the overall health and reliability of our data infrastructure.



**Position Responsibilities:**



+ Monitor and support **batch jobs** and **data pipelines** across platforms such as **CA Workload Automation, Informatica, Azure EDL, and Apache Airflow** .

+ Provide **24/7 operational support** by triaging and responding to pipeline and batch failures, delays, and system alerts.
