Job Description
We're looking for a Batch Monitoring Analyst to join our Global Operations Command Center team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a foundational role in monitoring and supporting batch operations, pipelines, and other data systems, helping ensure the timely execution of critical jobs, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining the overall health and reliability of our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support batch jobs and data pipelines across platforms such as CA Workload Automation, Informatica, Azure EDL, and Apache Airflow .
Provide 24/7 operational support by triaging and responding to pipeline and batch failures, delays, and system alerts.
