What You’ll Be Doing
Operate the batch plant system to produce high‑quality ready‑mix concrete safely and efficiently
Monitor materials, mix designs, and production schedules to meet customer and plant requirements
Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth daily operations
Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of plant equipment
Maintain accurate production records while following safety, quality, and environmental standards
