Responsibilities

• Precisely inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients according to the product recipes. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Technician on analytical results and adjust batches as needed (e.g., Brix, Acid, pH, color).
• Pre‑weigh, blend, and liquefy components for beverage preparation.
• Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIP’s, foaming equipment, and hand brushing).
• Operate forklift to load/move various ingredients, following all safety procedures.
• Adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Abide by Niagara’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
