리튬 배터리 분야 전기 성능평가 경험자 
1. Must have a fundamental and practical understanding of electrical, mechanical and chemical testing concepts in addition to an Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree
2. Must have strong understanding of the standards and specifications used in the battery testing industry and be able to size and setup test equipment accordingly. 
3. Must have strong battery safety training & multiple years of practical experience working with test instrumentation.
4. Must understand and implement the requirements of quality systems
5. Must have a demonstrated record of effective problem solving and the management of team problem solving & good communication skills 
6. Knowledge of the internal workings of battery systems and application a plus
